Shipping & Delivery Policy
Beyond Pixel Studio provides services, not physical products. There is nothing to ship in the ordinary sense: no goods are dispatched, no courier is used for a normal job, and there are no shipping charges.
What we do deliver is files. This page explains how they reach you and when.
How work is delivered

When
Delivery timelines are stated in your quote, because they depend on the job: a single-camera interview and a multi-day event with several language versions are not the same piece of work. Where a deadline matters, say so in the first message and we will tell you plainly whether it is achievable before you book.
Where a delivery date has been agreed and something puts it at risk, you will hear it from us before the date, not after it.
Delivery charges
Digital delivery is included in every quote and costs nothing extra.
Where you ask for physical media — a hard drive, a pen drive, printed photographs — the cost of the media and of any courier is itemised in the quote as a separate line, or agreed in writing before it is sent. We do not add delivery charges that were not quoted.
If something does not arrive
Download links can expire, land in spam, or be blocked by a corporate mail filter. If a delivery has not reached you, write toadmin@beyondpixel.online or message +91 76089 24893 and we will send it again by another route. We keep delivered work on our own storage for a reasonable period after handover for exactly this reason.
Data protection
Delivering this work means holding your material — footage of your event, your staff, your premises, your customers — so how it is stored matters as much as how it is sent.
What we hold, and for how long
- Raw footage and project files stay on our own storage after delivery, so a lost download or a corrupted drive can be recovered rather than reshot. They are not kept indefinitely — tell us to delete them once you have your files and we will.
- Delivered files are kept for a reasonable period after handover, for the same reason.
- Your contact details are covered by thePrivacy Policy, which sets out exactly what is collected and where it goes.
Who can see it
Only the crew working on your job. Footage is not shared with other clients, not sold, and not passed to anyone outside Beyond Pixel Studio. Where a job needs an outside specialist, you are told before the shoot rather than after.
Transfer links
Download links are unlisted and sent to the address on your quote. They are not indexed and not published anywhere. Anyone holding the link can open it, so treat it as you would a password: if a link reaches the wrong person, tell us and we will revoke it and issue a new one.
People filmed at your event
At a public event, obtaining consent from those attending is the organiser's responsibility, not ours — you know who is in the room and what they agreed to. Where someone asks us directly not to be filmed, we will respect it on the day. If a person needs to be removed from delivered footage afterwards, tell us and we will do it where it is technically possible.
Confidential jobs
Some work should never appear in a portfolio — an internal briefing, an unreleased product, a site under NDA. Say so before the shoot and it is written into the quote as excluded, and it will not be shown on this site or on our social channels. We would rather be told early than take it down later.
Security, stated plainly
Files are held on access-controlled storage and transferred over encrypted connections. No storage or transfer method is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If something goes wrong that affects your material, you will hear it from us.
Where we work
Shoots are carried out in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri and acrossOdisha, with travel elsewhere itemised in the quote. AI video production is delivered nationwide. Digital delivery has no geographic limit.
