Privacy Policy
This policy covers beyondpixel.studio. It describes what this website collects, where that information goes, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written from how the site is actually built, not from a template.
What we collect, and only when you send it
This site has no accounts, no logins and no comments. Nothing personal is collected by browsing it. Information reaches us only when you choose to send it, through one of three routes:

Where it goes
A submitted form is sent to a Google Apps Script belonging to us, which does two things with it:
- appends a row to a private Google Sheet in our own Google account, so we have a record of the enquiry; and
- sends the same details as a message to a private Telegram group used only by our team, so an enquiry is seen quickly rather than at the end of the day.
Both are internal. Your details are not sold, rented, published, or shared with anyone outside Beyond Pixel Studio, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected here.
Cookies and measurement
We set no cookies of our own. The site loads two third-party tools from Google directly:
- Google Tag Manager — a container that loads our measurement tags. Tag Manager itself does not build a profile of you, but it is the mechanism through which analytics and advertising tags are added, so what runs on this site through it can change without this page changing on the same day. Tag Manager itself is covered byGoogle's privacy policy, and it is not passed your name, phone number or message.
- Google tag (gtag.js) — Google's measurement tag, which records page views and how the site is used so we can see which pages people actually read. It sets cookies belonging to Google and is covered by the sameGoogle privacy policy. It is not passed your name, phone number or message.
Tags loaded through the container may include advertising and analytics tags — the Meta Pixel among them, which records that a page was viewed and that an enquiry was submitted so we can tell which advertising is working, and which sets cookies belonging to Meta underMeta's privacy policy. No tag is given your name, phone number or the text of your message.
Blocking any of this changes nothing about how the site works for you. Any browser setting, extension or tracking-protection feature that blocks them is welcome to.
Other services this site touches
- Hostinger hosts the site, on servers in Mumbai. Their systems keep ordinary web-server logs, including IP addresses.
- YouTube supplies the thumbnail images on the work pages, loaded from Google's servers. Video plays on YouTube, not here — nothing is embedded, so YouTube is not loaded until you click through.
- Instagram is linked to. Clicking through leaves this site. No Instagram code runs on it.
- Google Fonts are not used. The typefaces are served from this site's own domain, so no font request goes to Google.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are useful — an ongoing conversation, a booked job, or a record of work delivered — and reviewed periodically after that. Records connected to invoiced work are kept as long as Indian tax and company law requires. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted on request, or when they are no longer of any use.
What you can ask for
Write to admin@beyondpixel.online and you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it; or
- stop contacting you.
We will respond within a reasonable period. Asking us to delete an enquiry does not remove messages you sent us on WhatsApp — those live in your own account as well as ours, and you can delete your copy yourself.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and institutions and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes we hold something we should not, write to us and it will be removed.
Security, stated plainly
The site is served over HTTPS, and the credentials that reach our Sheet and Telegram are held on Google's servers rather than in this website's code — the browser never holds them. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise. Please do not send anything confidential through a web form.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
