How it works here
What we can actually promise.
Flexible working hours
Shoot days are fixed by the event. The rest is arranged around the work, not around a clock.
Remote where the work allows
Editing, design and development do not need a desk in Patia. Shoots obviously do.
Internship certificate
For interns, a certificate on completion that names what you actually worked on.
Pay depends on the role and on what you can already do, and it is discussed openly before anyone commits — we would rather have that conversation early than advertise a figure that turns out not to apply to you.
